Escape the Chicago winter for a few days and join us at the Charleston Half Marathon! We will plan to do the race on Saturday as well as have some fun team get togethers / meals afterwards! You can book your flight and lodging at your discretion, but we do have a hotel room block with the Embassy Suites in Charleston’s Historic District. If using the hotel block, you can book for Friday through Sunday or Friday through Monday! Make sure to book ASAP to ensure you get one of the reserved rooms! As of late August, the race has not posted packet pickup information, but in 2026, packet pickup was until 7pm on Friday, but did allow others to pick up your packet for you. Please plan your flights accordingly!

We have booked a team dinner at INDACO in Charleston, for 5:45pm on Friday, January 29th. The dinner will be served family style, will accomodate dietary restrictions, and will cost approximately $85 per person plus tax (excludes beverages). Please email Jim@grit-endurance.com in advance if you plan to attend.

We will also have an informal team get together after the race on January 30th around 1pm at Taco Boy, no need to RSVP!
