Join the Grit Endurance team for a fun and challenging outdoor and speed running workout every Wednesday from April through October! 2026 track starts April 15!
Wednesdays at 6:00am at Montrose and Lakeshore Drive
Wednesdays at 6:00pm at Dunbar Park
These are structured sessions led by a certified coach, with workout options for all levels
Weekly track workouts are included with your Grit Endurance membership, and you can sign up for just $99 for the entire year here
Plenty of free parking is available at both locations
