Our July Group Run will be at Horner Park in Lincoln Square (meet by the tennis courts), and we have a special mobility & strength session that will be led by Erin Short with Ignite Physical Therpay afterwards! The run will start at 9am, and we’ll run out and back on the North Branch Trail, returning to the park at 10. We’ll then do a 40-45 minute mobility & strength session before wrapping up and heading to breakfast at Ormo Cafe around 11! If you can only make the run or the mobility & strength session, that’s ok too! Make sure to bring some extra hydration and carbs for the dual session!
