Boost your pre-season training with Grit Endurance Spring Training Camp, May 3-5, 2024. As one of the leading endurance training camps in Chicago, we’re hosting a transformative weekend of swim, bike, and run on the scenic yet challenging Ironman Wisconsin course in Madison. Ideal for athletes at any stage—from those seeking the best triathlon training strategies for beginners to seasoned competitors—this camp is your opportunity to improve your fitness and enjoy the community of endurance sports.

When: Friday, May 3rd at 4PM through Sunday, May 5th at 12PM

Where:

  • Madison, Wisconsin

  • Discounted hotel room block for $125 per night will be available at the Country Inn & Suites in Middleton.  We will send room block info to you once registered.  Please note that you are responsible to book and pay for your own hotel room, and the cost is not included in the camp registration fee

Camp Registration Fee:

  • Register on or before December 31st: $325

  • Register on or before February 29th: $350

  • Register on or after March 1st: $375

 What IS included in the camp registration fee?

  • Fun-filled weekend training and exploring the Ironman Wisconsin course

  • Coach led workouts and instructional clinics

  • Access to Grit Endurance coaches throughout the weekend

  • Free hotel breakfast

  • Team dinner on Friday evening

  • Team lunch on Saturday

  • Snacks, drinks, and supplies

  • Grit Endurance T-shirt and water bottle

What IS NOT included in the camp registration fee?

  • Hotel room cost

  • Transportation

  • Team dinner on Saturday evening

Example Weekend Schedule (likely to change based on registrant feedback)

Friday evening

  • 4-4:30: Check in to hotel

  • 5:00 - 6:30: Flat tire clinic, bike skills, and duathlon relay race

  • 7:30 – 8:30: Team dinner and activities

Saturday

  • 7:00 – 7:30: Breakfast at hotel

  • 8:00 – 9:00: Transition clinic and relay race

  • 9:30 – 11:30: Run and strength/mobility session

  • 11:30 – 12:30: Lunch

  • 1:00 – 5:00: Group bike ride along the Ironman Wisconsin course (multiple distance options for all levels)

  • 6:30 – 8:00: Team dinner

Sunday

  • 7:00 – 7:30: Breakfast at hotel

  • 8:00 - 9:30: Group bike ride

  • 10:00 - 11:00: Pool swim workout and relay race

  • 11:30 - 12:30: Track workout and relay race

  • 12:30: Camp close
