Group Strength Class
Strength training is a key component for endurance athletes and can help reduce injury risk, boost speed, increase efficiency and running economy, and much more! Join Erin Short, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, for an 8-week structured program focusing on the key muscle groups that benefit endurance athletes!
60-minute sessions will emphasize mobility, plyometrics, strength and core work to set your racing season up for success!
Classes will take place at 6pm on Thursdays at Morning Bird Studio - 3738 N. Lincoln Ave.
The 8-week program will run from March 5 - April 23
(The THU March 19 session will be held on TUE March 17 due to a conflict)
Cost is $200 for the full 8-weeks ($25/session) or the drop-in rate is $30
Plenty of free parking is available on Lincoln Ave.
